Then we set the  Mori shio  (盛塩) for each corner of the house to protect the house and avoid all the evil, scorn, sorrow and so on, instead, it said brings happiness to people inside. The house will have a lot of people staying and we will prepare new Mori-shio and change it for each group. People are always talking like this, when I arrived in Belgium 8 years ago.  " HOPEFULLY, we have good coffee in Belgium!!" Well, I used to work at a coffee company in Canada, and it was very fresh and tasty. What are you guys talking about!?!?  It sounds people in Wallon, they are so proud of their own coffee compare with French Espresso.
